This Recruiter Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Precise The Relationship Brokerage ("the Brokerage," "we," or "us") and you, the Recruiter ("you"), and governs your referral of prospective members to the Brokerage. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms set forth herein.
"Qualified Referral" means a prospective member whose application has been submitted through the Brokerage's referral process, reviewed by the Brokerage, and approved as meeting the Brokerage's membership criteria. "Qualified Application" means an application submitted by a referred prospective member that has been reviewed and approved by the Brokerage as a Qualified Referral.
You may receive compensation for up to ten (10) qualified applications per week. This cap is designed to protect quality and suitability within the Brokerage's standards. The Brokerage may deny payment for incomplete, low-effort, or clearly misaligned submissions and may adjust the cap at its discretion.
Qualified applications are compensated at $50 when the application is fully completed, meets baseline criteria, and contains thoughtful responses. A strong, aligned, high-potential qualified application may be compensated at $75. Approved-client compensation ranges from $150 to $500 depending on candidate quality. No compensation is due for incomplete applications, low-effort answers, clearly misaligned candidates, declined applications, or withdrawn applications. The Brokerage may adjust compensation rates or offer promotional incentives at its sole discretion. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing. Payments will be processed according to the Brokerage's standard payment schedule.
You agree to represent the Brokerage accurately and professionally at all times. You agree not to make any guarantees or promises regarding membership acceptance to prospective members. You agree to refer only prospective members who have expressed genuine interest in the Brokerage's services. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the Brokerage's processes, pricing, and member information.
The Brokerage reserves the right to approve or decline any referral at its sole discretion. The Brokerage reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon the Last Updated date displayed on this page. The Brokerage reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Upon termination, you cease to be eligible for compensation on new referrals, though compensation for previously approved Qualified Referrals will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of approval.
You agree to keep all Brokerage information strictly confidential, including but not limited to membership criteria, pricing structures, internal processes, member identities, and any proprietary methods or materials provided to you during the course of this Agreement.
The Brokerage makes no guarantee regarding the number of referrals that will be approved, the timing of application reviews, or the total compensation payable under this Agreement. All referrals are subject to review and approval at the Brokerage's sole discretion.
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Brokerage. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from compensation received under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
